Everything was great and the rooms were immaculately clean and cheap. I had a great stay here and would stay here again.

Proximity to airport
The front desk could not find our reservation. Luckily, I had printed out the confirmation from Booked.net. With that info, they were able to process our reservation. The hotel blamed the glitch on Booked.net. We requested a 4:00 a.m. wake-up call in order to make a 5:30 a.m. flight. We never received the call. Fortunately, my husband woke up on his own and we made the flight. Upon checking out, I told the front desk we didn't receive the wake-up call. The gentleman apologized, but couldn't offer an explanation.

Close to airport
I could write a little short story but I don't have time. When I checked out, I said to desk guy thanks, he did not say a word so I said out loud you welcome to my self, never in my life have I not have a hotel employee not say you welcome. Also I didn't have a car, so I ask where is the nearest chase bank, the desk pointed me in a direction and I had to walk about 1 mile in the heat, no offers for a service ride. Also I emailed the gm about something before I got there and it took him 2 days to reply and when he did it was very snippy. I would never advise anyone to stay here. Not a friendly place for not being busy.

I was under the impression that there was a complimentary breakfast buffet in the morning. When we arrived they wanted $9.99 per person. We dedcided to leave and eat at a restaurant.

The staff was so nice and friendly. They made sure we got a room by the pool so the kids would enjoy the pool more. The room was spacious and clean. The whole hotel was great. Definitely would recommend it and stay here again.
